2975 Oak Street

Found in Vancouver’s Fairview neighbourhood, this building incorporates the façade of Santa Fe, a preexisting heritage building on the site, into the 12-storey residential tower. The new building has 50 residential units with balconies on the north and south faces and 2 levels of underground parking. CEI Architecture manages to create a tower with a contemporary design while still preserving the architectural legacy of the Santa Fe building.
