Arlo

Arlo is a 7-storey wood-frame mid-rise with both residential and commercial spaces. The commercial spaces are kept separate from the 121 residential units with different entrances and the building offers a rooftop amenity space in addition to the restaurants, shops, and parks found in the neighbourhood. With a design by Integra and built by Strand, Arlo is a notable addition to the neighbourhood’s culture and community.
