Claridge House

Situated across the street from the Oakridge Mall redevelopment, Claridge House is a 28-storey residential high-rise. This all-concrete building is in a prime location with the Skytrain at its doorstep, VanDusen Garden and Queen Elizabeth Park a short walk away, and many retailers in the immediate area. The building, designed by DIALOG and built by Polygon Development, draws inspiration from the past of the Oakridge area and incorporates vertical frames and large overhangs.
