SOLO District – Stratus

Stratus is a 45-storey high-rise and the first addition to Appia Development’s SOLO District community. The building’s fifth floor has a sauna and steam room, a fitness studio, and a landscaped rooftop with a BBQ area, wet bar, and entertainment space. Designed by Chris Dikeakos Architects, Stratus offers sustainable living and has achieved a LEED Gold rating.
