567 Clarke + Como & The U Living

Found in Coquitlam’s Burquitlam neighbourhood, 567 Clarke + Como and The U Living are two residential towers standing at 49 and 14-storeys respectively, making 567 Clarke + Como the tallest building in Coquitlam. The two towers have a combine total of 465 residential units and 200,000 sq.ft. of commercial space at the street level podium, all of which sits on top of 7 levels of underground parking. The buildings feature numerous amenities, including, but not limited to, a rooftop lounge, outdoor sports court, three levels of community gardens, and a yoga garden. Developed by Marcon and designed by GBL Architects to have a modern aesthetic and to connect the residents to the surrounding landscape and culture.
