Château Laurier

Château Laurier is a 4-storey mixed-use building with 11 residential units in Vancouver’s Shaughnessy neighbourhood. The elegant design by Rositch Hemphill Architects is inspired by French Baroque architecture with rooms that emphasize space and light. The building has two levels of underground parking and three residential storeys that sits on top of a commercial space on the first floor.
