Ella

Ella is a 20-storey concrete high-rise in the heart of Downtown Kelowna designed by IBI Group Architects and built by developer Mission Group. This residential building has many shops, eateries, parks, and other professional services within walking distance. The soil composition and the seasonally changing ground water levels posed structural engineering challenges which were successfully overcome through extensive planning and design.
