Kensington, found between Calgary’s Sunnyside and Hillhurst neighbourhoods, is 6-storey concrete building with 77 residential units and commercial space on the ground floor. Designed by Casola Koppe Architects and developed by Bucci, the building sit on top of two levels of underground parking and has quick access to the C-Train, many parks, and plenty of shops and amenities.
