King Edward Village is a mixed-use development in Vancouver’s Kensington-Cedar Cottage neighbourhood, consisting of two towers, a large-scale grocery store, retail units, and a Vancouver Public Library. The two towers feature 400 residential units along with a gym, hot tub, and four levels of underground parking. Developed by Aquilini and designed by Rositch Hemphill Architects, King Edward Village has been dubbed “the most successful re-zoning outside the Downtown District”.
