L’Arche Greater Vancouver is a 3-storey low-rise built to be a community for people with developmental disabilities and those who assist them. The building has 61 suites for its various residents and around 12,000 sq.ft. of administrative and program space. Designed by GBL Architects and developed by TL Housing Solutions, L’Arche Greater Vancouver acts as the central hub for the L’Arche community.
