Found in Calgary’s East Village, N3 is a 15-storey residential high-rise with units of around 500 sq.ft. N3 is in one of the most walkable and bikeable neighbourhoods and, as such, the design by GEC Architecture takes that into account with bike storage areas, entrance ramps and enhanced amenity spaces.
