Nell’s Place

Nell’s Place is mixed-use low-rise building in Vancouver’s Renfrew-Collingwood neighbourhood. The building has a 4-storey wood-frame construction with three commercial units and 51 residential units across nine townhouses and the main low-rise. Nell’s Place also features both indoor and outdoor lounges, an outdoor courtyard, children’s place area, community garden, and underground parking space. Built by Placemaker Communities, the design by GBL Architects aims to give a sense of comfort and wellbeing while creating a vibrant community.
