This 55-Storey tower is part of a three-building complex and has over 440 residential units as well as three office floors. Standing at the entrance of Downtown Vancouver, One Burrard Place is one of the tallest buildings in Vancouver, making it an iconic contribution to the skyline and giving its residents a great view of the city and surrounding BC landscape. Designed by IBI Group Architects to meet LEED Gold certification requirements and built by Reliance Holdings, One Burrard Place offers many amenities such as rooftop gardens, fitness room, pool, hot tub, and sauna, giving its residents a new style of urban living.
