The building also boasts an entertainment lounge, an outdoor patio, a dinning lounge, a fitness centre, a co-working space, and convenient access to public transit, essential shops, and parks. With a design by Chris Dikeakos Architects, Aerius is the final and crowning addition to SOLO District, bringing a grand conclusion to this amenity-rich master-planned community.
