Sopa Square

Found in Kelowna’s South Pandosy Neighbourhood, Sopa Square is a mixed-use building with a 14-storey residential tower and two levels of retail above which sits 20 2-storey townhouses, for a grand total of 105 residential units. Designed by CEI Architecture and built by Aquilini to embrace the opportunities of the Okanagan, Sopa Square is built around a central courtyard with a green space, acting as a transition between the townhouses and parking levels. In addition, an amenity space is situated on the third storey on the roof of the two-storey podium.
