The Mondrian is a mixed-use building in Downtown Vancouver with an all-concrete construction. The complex has two residential towers each standing at 21 and 30-storeys respectively, along with two tiers of two-storey townhouses. The two towers and the rooftop garden that’s placed between them sit on top of 3 levels of underground parking. The design by Rafii Architects, built by Bosa Properties, features a classical form with a more modern interpretation.
