The Scene

The Scene is two 18 & 24-storeys high-rises in Victoria, with a concrete construction and the tallest building in the area. The building features an indoor and outdoor lounge, party rooms, outdoor patios with BBQ, children’s playground, indoor fitness centre, on-site daycare, and two levels of underground parking. Developed by Emerge Modular and designed by NSDA Architects, The Scene has a contemporary exterior with detailing that reflects a West Coast aesthetic, allowing it to blend quality, functionality, and elegance.
