Houss

Houss is an industrial and commercial building in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood and has incorporated a 1901 heritage house into the site. The main building has over 50,000 sq.ft. spread across 22 strata office and industrial units while the heritage house is re-purposed as a restaurant. The design by Yamamoto shows off the contrast between the heritage house and the new contemporary building while also linking the site to the other homes in the neighbourhood.
