Found in Vancouver’s Marpole neighbourhood, Laurel is a 6-storey wood-frame building with 65 total residential units. Built by developer Domus Homes, the design by Birmingham & Wood is innovative and European-inspired, giving the residents a strong sense of community. The building also features a central courtyard, an indoor entertainment lounge, a community garden, and two underground parking levels.
