Avalon 3 is a concrete building consisting of 329 residential units across a 26-storey tower, a 6-storey mid-rise, and a collection of townhouses. The building features a 20,000 sq.ft. landscaped courtyard, a 10,000 sq.ft rooftop podium, an indoor and outdoor lounge, a pool, a hot tub, a fitness facility, and two levels of underground parking. The contemporary design by IBI Group Architects utilizes contrasting dark grey and white brick with varied panelling, making Avalon 3 a striking addition to Wesgroup’s River District community.
