Currents at Water’s Edge

Currents consists of two buildings, a 6 and a 7-storey mid-rise, with 142 residential units, developed over 148,000 sq.ft. The buildings have a rooftop terrace and fitness studio for the residents, in addition to a central courtyard with children’s play area. Built by Polygon, the design by GBL Architects is built for the future but still calls back to the heritage of this area along the Fraser River and has received a LEED gold certification.
