FIRST

FIRST is a mixed-use building on the border of Vancouver’s Kitsilano and Fairview neighbourhoods next to False Creek. The 6-storey concrete building has commercial units on the ground floor while 45 residential suites fill the 5-storey above. The classical modern aesthetic by Raymond Letkeman Architects draws from the style of the industrial sites found adjacent in False Creek.
