Livingstone House is a 6-storey mid-rise building with an all-concrete construction and a total of 54 residential suites. Found in Vancouver’s Riley Park-Little Mountain neighbourhood, the design by Shift Architecture draws from the nearby Queen Elizabeth Park with its rich accent, careful details, and expressive patterning. Livingstone House has amenities such as a lounge with kitchen, a children’s outdoor activity area, a guest suite, and a reflecting pond, adding to the collection of nearby parks and community centres.
