The site’s natural slope facilitated convenient access: the subterranean Bowls Club enjoys ground-level entry from the north, while the Gymnasium, situated above, offers its own access. Though connected by an elevator, each section maintains distinct entrances, allowing for shared or independent use by the respective associations.

The structure features a combination of glulam, steel trusses, and concrete elements which proved an economical solution to frame the building without compromising the interior space.
