This 4-storey mixed-use low-rise is over 34,000 sq.ft. with 22 residential units, found in the middle of Vancouver’s Kitsilano neighbourhood. Monument’s wood-frame construction has a modern design by Yamamoto Architecture and was built by developer Epta in a location that gives easy access to parks, beaches, shops, and eateries.
