River District Parcel 17

River District Parcel 17 is a collection of a 19-storey tower, 10-storey mid-rise, townhouses, and street-level retail. The buildings also feature a fitness centre, pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room, kids’ activity room, squash courts, entertainment lounge, meeting room, dance studio, and three levels of underground parking. River District Parcel 17 was developed by Wesgroup to have 296 residential units and has a design by IBI Group Architects to have a modern interpretation of River District’s industrial heritage.
