Shine

Shine is a 6-storey mid-rise in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood with an all-concrete construction, 90 residential units, and 3,000 sq.ft. of retail space. The location allows for easy access to many eateries, shops, parks, and the Mount Pleasant Community Centres on top of the artist’s workshop, green planting and two rooftop amenity spaces the building already offers. Built by developer Imani, the design by Shift draws from the industrial history of the area while still providing a sense of neighbourliness to the building.
