Sokana

Sokana is a 6-storey residential building with around 150,000 sq.ft. of housing space across 230 separate suites. With architectural design by Formosis Architecture drawing inspiration from the surrounding Penticton area and developed by Kerkhoff Construction, Sokana combines a concrete foundation with a wood frame structure in an elegant manner. Sokana also has over 50,000 sq.ft. of amenity space along with substantial parking spaces for both car and bicycles.
