The Fellow

The Fellow is a 19-storey concrete high-rise with 130 residential units with 13% of them reserved for low-income residence. Designed by Trachetenberg Architect with Jeff Svitak and built by Cast Development, The Fellow integrates nature into the building with wooden undertones, an abundance of natural light, and natural ventilation through out. With a “V” shaped space between the two towers, the residents are given an exceptional view of the ocean along with the rest of the surrounding landscape.
