The Laureates

The Laureates, situated in Wesbrook Village in UBC, is a comprised of a 5-storey low-rise building and a 22-storey tower. With Pacific Spirit Regional Park to one side and a great view of the Strait of Georgia, the design by Francl Architecture embraces the nature of the surrounding area and the growing community of Wesbrook Village. Residents of the Laureates also have easy access to many shops, restaurants, and an in-building fitness studio.
