Found in UBC’s Wesbrook Village, Wordsworth is a 16-storey residential high-rise and a collection of townhouses by developer Polygon. The building has a combined total of 231 residential units, three levels of underground parking, and a fitness studio. In addition, the surrounding area has many parks, community centres, eateries, and shops for the residents to enjoy. Made by Francl Architecture, Wordsworth’s design connects with the surrounding landscape with its nature-inspired charm.
